Spongecola at ang kanilang single na Manila Bay

Spongecola is founded by Yael Yuzon and Gosh Dilay who both met in the Ateneo de Manila High School’s theater guild. The two later then joined by Erwin Armovit and Chris Cantada who was then replaced by a session drummer Ted Mark or T-Mac Cruz.
The band released their first EP in the year 2003 titled Spongecola Demo EP. In 2004 they released ‘Palabas’ their first major-label album. Their singles KLSP, Una, and a re-released Jeepney gained heavy airplay.
To date, Spongecola has been one of the most influential OPM bands that made a great impact on their generation.
And after so many years, Spongecola continues to rock stages and produce chart-topping singles.
The band is now promoting their single Manila Bay who for them plays a very significant role in everyone’s life. The band speaks of different feels in their latest single. From goodbyes to hellos, this new single will give you all the feels. Surely many listeners can relate to.
